I am the founder of Mindful Wellness with Sherry, where I provide compassionate wellness coaching focused on mindfulness, stress reduction, and whole-person well-being.

I am passionate about helping individuals create healthier lifestyles by combining mindfulness practices, practical wellness strategies, and personalized support.
